“Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor. Serve como paragem de descanso a caminho das ilhas.”

“Deze resort was maar 11 jaar oud, maar we zagen wel een verval die niet snel werd aangepakt. De kamers zijn groot en voldoen aan alle comfort. We vonden de mini bar erg mager en werd ook niet elke dag aangevult. Buiten eten was beperkt tenzij je een auto hebt en circa 10-20 km naar het noorden reedt. Eten in het restaurant was goed maar ontbijt was hoofdzakelijk gericht voor de Malay klanten. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en dat heeft onze vakantie toch een voldoende opgeleverd.……

“The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! ”

“It's provided very good service for us. My husband got sick on the 1ST day we stay. Their staff took him go to see Dr. I believed that this was a special services for their guests. Because we had to get the boat to go to town to Dr. So thanks for their caring.”

“Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. “the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind.”
