“I had a nice time over there ”

“The hotel room was clean and my stay was comfortable, peaceful, and pleasantly memorable, with everything arranged just right to make it feel like a quiet pause from the world.”

“This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have……

“All good and as expected. Last bit of road to resort could do with a little tlc as our 2 wheel saloon bottomed. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about local links. Whiffs of marijuana didn't bother me - but might some people. Generally a nice experience.”

“This was my second stay at Veronique heights. When you discover good things, you always go back for more. I stayed there for the second time because of how relaxing and comfortable the place is. Excellent breakfast and professional staff. The rooms and the pool is always clean. Easy to locate and easy to get to all the nice places in Kumasi. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a stress free vacation. ”

“Cleanliness ”

“Very clean rooms. Mr Asare (care taker) was very helpful. The rooms were very hot annd uncomfortable since the electricity was half current. Fans and air conditioners were not working due to the half current. Hopefully they fix the electrical issues, otherwise very clean and beautiful place.”

“The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are big and comfortable although I would prefer a queen size bed to two small ones put together. The bathroom was spacious with hot water running so that was good. The restaurant is a bit small but with fantastic food and service. Esther the front desk officer was very helpful. She is great. She ensured we had all we needed to make our stay very comfortable after our long trip from Tamale to Kumasi. ”
