「My overall experience was wonderful. This is my second summer visiting Opatija for a few nights and being a guest in this hotel. Room I got was situated on the first floor facing the main street. It was beautiful and large but very loud. I asked for something quieter and got it without a problem. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, he even took my suitcase to the room. 「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.」
