"Wow!! Amazing place to stay for our stopover in Kunming. Helpful staff used Google Translate to communicate in English and were happy to do so. Arranged shuttle pickup for prompt morning time. Breakfast was delicious and peaceful. Lots of options.
Only downside was the pickup shuttle at the airport. Waited. Then he had to get more people then circled back after exiting the airport to get more people. This was frustrating since it was already 11pm and needed rest."

"我住的是十樓，不但所有門關門聲比較大，而且風聲也大！check in時有WiFi卻沒有告訴客人密碼，要客人打電話去問！早 上有听到敲打聲，不知發生什麼事？影響到我休息了！清潔度算乾淨，只有廁所門上有污点沒有弄乾淨！我覺得床与床之間的櫃檯上，洗手盆邊應該放一盒紙巾！"
