“The hotel isn't really ready to receive people, we were told that we were not booked when arrived at the hotel, even though we showed them our paid reservation reference and email, they said that they only accept bookings from Expedia and haven’t heard of Hotels. Com, so we should pay again, I refused to pay and showed them the details and payment.
