As Good As It Gets

The house wasn't spotless, but it was very clean. It didn't seems like the pool was heated, which would have been nice, especially as the property says the pool is heated. Everything was in great shape, expect the couch. The cushions were detaching at the seams. There was plenty of everything we needed, even board games ans puzzles. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful in October!

This is a nice rental house with many amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. The view is spectacular and with a sunny deck and a shady one, there are plenty of options for enjoying it. Check-in was easy and the beds were made as promised. I do have a couple of small-ish quibbles that may improve the next guests' experience: the sheets on my king bed did not fit the deep-pocket mattress and bunched up every night--very irritating; there are no side tables on the decks to hold coffee, phone, books, etc; there are no chairs in any bedrooms, nowhere to sit other than the bed while dressing, putting on makeup, etc; one kitchen towel and one dishcloth are not enough for a house that holds 16 guests! But those were relatively minor issues that did not prohibit our enjoying our stay.

Bathrooms need more towel racks. Not enough dishes -cups, bowls, glasses. Liked pool, nearness to beach, elevator, puzzles and games, lots of chairs in porch. No bath mats in at least 2 bathrooms. Bed for 15th person inadequate. One garage door worked only manually.

Family Vacation

Family time is important to us . We have 6 children ages teenager to toddlers. Everyone in our family had there own room and bathroom. We rented bicycles and rode to the aquarium down the road. The house made me feel safe with the gated pool. The short steps to the beach are an added plus with kids in tow. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Beautiful home, well stocked, private pool amazing. The only negatives are 1) the bedding could have been sanitized and cleaner, the bed skirt on one of the master bedrooms was very dirty, another room the sheets that were delivered appeared dirty. 2) There is no access to the beach.

April Break

The house is nice and well equipped, however it was not clean (I.e. showers, kitchen) We received an email the day before of arrival about “Beach Nourishment.” It said that it “may or may not” effect our stay. Well, it was bulldozers, back hoes and flood lights 24 hours. No one slept at all. The real estate company moved us at our request but the only property left was awful.

Best Family Vacay ! So Serene!

This property was everything it advertised. This house made everything feel like home with my family. The rooms all had their own baths in them and the home was big enough to take my large family but yet have privacy on their own. The elevator made all the difference getting my mother to the main level from the garage area. It was so easy and was so beneficial when loading and unloading our cars as well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the two refrigerators were so helpful . This vacation meant everything to us as my mother has cancer so we wanted the perfect place for her to be able to relax with her children and grandchildren. She was able to watch everyone swim below in the heated pool while she watched them outside on the deck. If you are looking for a beautiful, well-furnished home that has everything to offer you , look no one and book this one!! You will be thankful you did. We will be back for sure!! Thank you again for letting us book for gorgeous home! I can't describe what this meant to us to have the perfect place.
