Clean and family hotel but with not good WiFi

We do reservetionfor 1double bed but No double bed ,small room No working the mini bar No a/c No good WiFi No wifi at room the reception not speak English !!!! Nice view clean hotel nice fresh lot food and very professional spa center sabai spa you must do hammam and masaz at the spa clean and special offers

This is 5 stars hotel but dosnt have WIFI , The taste and quality of foods are very bad and basic , The hotel is very noisy , People are talking with together until 3 or 4 AM and their voice disturb you and nobody asking them to stop making noise at the lobby , The house keeping and reception dosnt care your request , I asked for towels or make up room or ,,, many times but nobody came to provide my request , TV channels are most Turkish and bad quality , No safe box at the room ( Im wonder about how this hotel is 5 stars ) , Room Cleanliness was good and hotel has very nice view but we booked and paid for 2 single beds room but they gave us one king bed room and when I asked for change to double room they said we havent available room ! I dont recommend this hotel .

This can't be a 5 stars hotel, should be 2 or 3.

Rooms are so outdated with worn furniture and AC not strong enough. The location of the hotel is superb but rooms are so outdated. Pillow covers were worn in our room ( attached a photo) and I requested them to change the covers but they brought a worse condition cover. A/C is not strong enough that we couldn't stay in our room from heat and we were waking up from heat at night coz AC is not cooling the room. Food and staff were pretty good. We didn't have any issues with the food as there were a good selections. The hotel should be rated 2-3 stars only, there is no way this is a 5 stars hotel. Rooms are really a deal breaker but if you don't care about your room then the location of the hotel is good for you. Also there are no balconies in any of the hotel rooms and windows are so tiny ( my wife used to call it the Alcatrz due to the tiny windows). I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone just due to the conditions of the outdated rooms.

This is not for sure a 5 star hotel!!! I've seen much cleaner and better 3 star hotels. Rooms were very small and the hotel is worn out. Service quality was very low and we didn't feel good. The envornment however was OK.

25 yılını dolduran bir otel, fiziksel olarak beklediğimden iyiydi. Beni ve ailemi en çok mutlu eden kısım personelin olağanüstü ilgisi oldu. Başta içten tutumuyla resepsiyon görevlisi Kamile Hanım olmak üzere, Halkla ilişkiler Canan Hanım ve tüm personel tatilimizi keyifli hale getirdiler.

Otel konum itibariyle güzel ve huzurlu aynı zamanda büyük bir otel.Ama çok eksik vardı odalar her seferinde temizleyiniz dediğimiz halde sadece bazı şeylerin yerleri değiştirilip temizlemiş gibi yapılmış.Asansörler öyle büyük bi otel için çok küçük ve yeterli sayıda değil resmen kuyruk oluşuyor.Aktiviteler çok kısa süreli.Odalarda diş seti bile yok aradım istedim otelde bulunmuyormuş şaşırdım. Otelin disco su tamamıyla vasat gelenler oynamadan kalkıp geri dönüyorlar o derece.Yani otelin bu anlamda birçok eksiği var bunlar yapılandırılırsa daha anlamlı bir yer haline gelebilir. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve özverili bu bazı şeyleri değiştirir aynı zamanda en keyif aldığım alan havuzbaşı ve oradaki küçük aktiviteler.

Evlilik yildonumu icin konaklamamiz gayet guzel gecti. Misafir iliskilerinden Ayse ve Sirin hanimlar esime yapacagim surprizde cok yardimci oldular. Yemekler ve garsonlarin kibarligi harikaydi.

Det var et godt sted, vi undrer os dog over man kan være 5 stjernet når man reklamerer med internet over hele hotellet, og det så kun er punktvis tilstede i receptionen. Personalet er meget nedladende når man klager over dette.

Super skøn anbefalelsesværdig hotel

Super skøn hotel som med rette lever op til sine 5 stjerner. Når man gør sin entre i den fabuløse lobby bliver man helt fascineret af den skønne arkitektur. Hotellets tilbud og muligheder passer perfekt til både par, familier m.m. Må sige at vi blev meget positivt overraskede over, at på trods af fuld belæggenhed var der god plads til alle, ingen nævneværdig ventetid eller kø ved baren eller resteuranten.

Les repas n'étaient pas variés, peut-être que des soirées à thème pourraient apporter un plus ? L'équipe d'animation était odieuse avec les clients, ne sont pas formé pour des activités manque de respect même entre eux. L'équipe hôtelière est souriante mais épuisé par leur service qui dure 15heures sans repos j'ai été fort touché par cette exploitation

Dreckig, alt, unfreundlich...das schlechteste Hotel in dem wir jemals waren. Leider war unsere reservierung nicbt bekannt und wir mussten 1 stunde warten. Die zimmer hatten Haare im Bad und waren wirklicj eckelhaft.
