「Conveniently located」

「上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 」

「Outside looks better than inside, the swimming pool nice, the room pretty simple, old style but clean, toilet include shampoo,shower gel and hot water, breakfast was ok too.」

「Lovely room but not much of a sea view. Also there was a dreadful smell of sewage in the room when I arrived. The staff did their best to sort it but it should have been noticed before i arrived. Nice breakfast, lovely staff and lovely friendly dog called Dingo.」

「Amazing stay at hotel. Breakfast was so so only. Room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and willing to rent out their own bike for little extras. Massage was great. Kids will enjoy」

「We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful....

「Moisissure sur les murs. Toit qui fuit. Porte qui manque une poignée. Toilette sale. Sans papier toilette. Matelas dur. Air climatisé qui ne se règle pas. Une chance que c'était seulement pour une nuit. Vraiment décevant pour le prix payé vraiment cher pour l'Indonésie 」
