"Zin Canggu was a beautiful hotel, in a gorgeous area, right by the beach, and convenient to get to those places. The hotel staff were amazing, very accommodating and nice. However, my only complaint for this hotel is the bed is rock hard, and not very comfortable at all. I have a bad back so this didn’t work for me staying there for three nights. When I asked the hotel stuff if they had any additional bedding to add to my bed, they did put down an extra padding, but it was still very hard and still hurt my back. Especially, given, I am not only back sleeper, but I also sleep on my side.. neither position was comfortable at all. The hotel is beautiful, but I wouldn’t stay here again given that I didn’t get great sleep the entire time that I stayed at this hotel. This hotel needs more comfortable beds as that is the main reason for staying at a hotel."
