“What an incredible experience! I arrived around 3 a.m., and the team took me straight to my room — no delay at all. I was given an immediate upgrade, which I was so grateful for. The room was beautiful, and everyone I encountered throughout my stay was warm, helpful, and professional. The concierge team went above and beyond, helping me book a couple of tours with ease. I also requested a much later check-out — several hours beyond the usual — and not only did they accommodate me, they did so……

“The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. ”
