"Some Staff were rude ,UNWELCOMING and careless👎, never apologized for their mistakes. We missed our Turkish dinner because of their booking error — no apology, no compensation. Reception didn’t even mention we could pay for early check-in until hours later. Most staff barely speak English and act annoyed when you ask anything. Buffet was the same dull food every day. Dirty plates, greasy reused cups at the bar — disgusting. For the price, this place is a joke. Definitely not worth it.👎👎👎"

"We had a fantastic two-night stay at Rosy Suites Hotel. The staff, especially Amine at the reception, was very helpful. She recommended a Turkish Bath experience, which was way cheaper than in Istanbul (or other larger cities), and we thoroughly enjoyed it. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect. With the parking lot behind the hotel, the hotel faces the Aegean Sea, but not on the main street. So they had a reasonably-priced eatery next to the hotel, and other shops were cheaper than the main drag. From our balcony, we could hear the sound of the ocean, passing-by people, and the very entertaining seller at the shoe shop at the front. The room was spacious with a nice lounge chair, and the air-con worked well. The swimming pool on the rooftop was small but had a very great view. I went there in the morning, and it was a great way to start the day. The only downside was that we stayed just two nights. Next time, we could stay longer!"
