“Well. I guess it was my fault to book a property that does not have reviews. I haven't been to Georgia for 30 years and I brought my 2 kids from USA to see the Caucasus. I did send a message in advance to the owner with my flight info and the date of arrival. When we arrived at the place, owner was standing in his courtyard in his underwear, and his wife was surprised to see visitors at her home. She told me that she canceled my booking, then she told Vrbo that she has no access to her booking.……

When I finally showed up at the location, it was a ghost town—no one was there! I immediately reported this unresponsive owner to VRBO support, and they assured me they would find me an alternative accommodation the same day. Well, guess what? It's been over 14 days, and I still haven't seen a single penny……
