Horrible stay! I came at 2am very tired with my suitcase and bags from airport. taxi dropped me off at this scary super sketchy location in front of the hotel and the hotel was closed! I couldn't come in I tried pressing all the buttens by the door to get in no one answered! How can you not let your guest know there is no late check in?! The hotel should send an ”important massage ” clarifying that. I’m young 24 y.o. Lady anything could have happen to me there and looking for another taxi in the middle of nowhere with 25kg of luggage at 2:30am was horrible I war scared for my life! I massaged that to hotel no one even got back to me! They don't care! Do yourself a favor of you want to feel safe and cared just stay at some other hotel !

Awful hotel

Hard to find the hotel. Once we arrived, no one spoke English (even though the hotel ad states that they do). We had to communicate through google translate. They then didn’t accept my hotels.com booking so made us pay again with no explanation. They then gave us 1 price when we arrived (which was way more than our original booking price) & then gave us yet another price (higher again) when we left. This was the price we ended up paying as they weren’t going to let us leave. This is a dangerous hotel. Do not let the cheap prices & central location fool you. Do not stay here.

Wanna be threaten and sleep in the streets?

We had a terrible experience with the accommodation. We went to the site and after finding it was not easy we got in. There was no one attending, only two men drinking and watching TV, we talked to them and they ignored us. My friend chose to speak to them in Polish, which is a language similar to Ukrainian. Finally they called a woman who told us to leave, that there was nothing there for us. We told her we had a reservation and she told us to show her, that she didn't believe it. We handed it and she told us she didn't know Hotels.com, at that moment she started screaming and the two men stood up in threatening. At that moment we decided to run away, we were afraid of our physical integrity if we stood longer. At the end we found a another place, way more expensive, but at least safe.

We didnt like

Locations is good but employee was terrible. She didnt speak english (I think she knows but she didnt) and she wanted to 640 uah instead of 540 uah and she didnt explain why! We had to give these money bc we couldnt cancel our reservation and there is a just one shower, maybe 25-30 people used it. But its a really cheap thats why we stayed there. But it was my weird experience in my life

Good but could be 100 times better.

I really enjoyed my stay here in the fact the woman behind the desk who could not speak much if any English,but she tried her best to be helpful. The rooms are not so good like i need to charge my stuff whilst i sleep but there is just on plug in the room with an extension cable on but does not reach the bed i was in! It was very clean and often saw her cleaning up! The bathroom could do with a little renovation but overall it functions. The mattress was not that comfortable and one small. Pillow would be better if it was 1 proper siize pillow!

One shower for all the rooms (30-40 people), rooms of 9-12 square metres, (sometimes) cold shower. If this is fine for you, the location of the hostel is very convenient, it's clean and safe
