Une location limite du fait des extérieurs

La maison en elle même est simple mais fonctionnelle et très propre. Le problème vient vraiment des extérieurs. Il y a un vis à vis très important sur 3 des 4 côtés du jardin. Avec une voisine qui regarde derrière la fenêtre et une route relativement passante bordant la piste cyclable, ces points pourraient être vite limités avec quelques aménagements. Par ailleurs, il n'y a aucun aménagement extérieur, pas d'ombre, pas de terrasse, le terrain est sommairement entretenu (on déjeune dans la terre...). Le mobilier de jardin est plus que sommaire : 1 table et 6 chaises en plastiques qui datent, aucune chaise longue ou transat, pas de lumière pour les soirées d'été. Bref impossible de se poser pour lire par exemple dans le jardin. On attend autre chose d'une location d'été.
