Our studio apartment is one of 2 rental units on our rural smallholding on the outskirts of the village of L'Ampolla. It is situated on the first floor, above the principle house. It has it's own separate entrance accessed by stairs at the side of the house. It boasts panoramic views to the sea at the front, and over olive groves towards the mountains from the side. It sleeps two comfortably in a twin/double bed and the potential to sleep a further two people (youngsters) on mattresses on an upper mezzanine level (not suitable for very young children). This is accessed by a ladder. There is also a sofa bed suitable for one person in the lounge area. There is a kitchenette and a separate shower room. The balcony/terrace has it's own bbq. It is partly covered by a roof giving the opportunity to sunbathe privately one side or sit at the table in the shade on the other side.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben jeder Zeit unsere Privatsphäre respektierte!!Jedoch waren Sie immer sehr hilfsbereit und man konnte Sie jederzeit nach Tipps fragen.Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und heimelig. Den Grill auf der Vorderen Terrasse wurde von uns sehr geschätzt. Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig und man kann sehr schön Spazieren gehen, man ist aber innert 5-7 min in Ampolla und 8-10 min in Cap Roig am Strand.Wir können diese Wohnung und Vermieter Herzlichst weiter empfehlen!!

Todo muy bien, limpio, con todo lo necesario, mucha tranquilidad y a la vez rápido para desplazarte y recorrer playas, el delta y la zona. Hemos estado 8 dias con un niño y una perra y ha sido genial. Gracias John y Carol.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es war eine sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung, in der man sehr gut zur Ruhe kommen kann. Wir haben den Pool und die Terrasse genossen und hatten sehr nette Gastgeber.

Très bonnes vacances passées grâce à cette location, les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympa, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour dans ce studio très bien situé (à 5mn d'Ampolla en voiture) de plus l'endroit est très calme, vraiment très bien!

Estupenda!
Es exactamente como lo describen las fotografías. Una casa de campo bien situada en la Ampolla, una localidad bastante tranquila, que incluso en temporada alta no está masificada. Para m í lo más importante fue que pude tener a mi perro conmigo, la limpieza, el buen trato con los dueños, y que la vivienda contaba con todo lo necesario para estar más que cómodos.

Très sympathique, dans un cadre atypique un couple et deux enfants avons passé une superbe semaine!
Une superbe semaine, plusieurs logements disponible sur place, nous avons eu l'appartement avec mezzanine pour les enfants.
La terrasse est bien protégé et équipé d'un barbecue.
Les propriétaires sont adorables, ils respectent l'intimité mais sont disponibles si besoin.
Les enfants ont pu jouer avec les animaux et profiter de la piscine

Perfecto para desconectar
Excelente semana hemos pasado en familia en el estudio (2 adultos y dos niños de 8 y 16 años). Propiedad en zona muy tranquila, pero a 5´de playas y ciudad por lo que es perfecto para desconectar. Sus propietarios viven allí mismo lo que da aún más tranquilidad al alquiler. Para las personas que íbamos está perfecto el estudio, además cuenta con todo lo necesario en menaje y demás. El tener una piscina allí, también ayuda a que el día que no tienes ganas de "mar" pasarlo tranquilamente allí sin moverse. Tanto Jhon como Karol (los propietarios) dan todas las facilidades para pasarlo bien, por supuesto no nos olvidamos de "pavel" un pastor alemán incansable jugando con los niños.
Recomendable 100% para alquilar...!!!
