Romeu house has a terrace with barbecue to enjoy with family and friends and is just 15 minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and a beautiful promenade where you will find many beaches along San Martí d'Empúries.

Free WiFi and satellite TV.

Access to the house, the apartment, the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively for the tenants.

The owners live on the ground floor, they have independent access.



With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From wide sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. There are beaches that are an exit point for open sea swimming channels and others with a wide range of sports or special interest in scuba diving; Without forgetting the unique possibilities such as bathing or sunbathing alongside the more than two thousand years of history of El Moll Grec. A whole world of beaches to discover.

Gutes Objekt

Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Objekt leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. “Mängel” wurden innerhalb einer Stunde beseitigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief super. Die checkin Zeit ist leider erst um 17 Uhr. Der eigentümer wohnt unten drunter, kriegt man aber nicht viel von mit aber er ist nett. Die Küche ist nicht sonderlich gut eingerichtet aber das nötigste vorhanden. Von den Treppen zum Haus und zum Pool sollte man aufjedenfall noch Bilder mit in das Inserat aufnehmen. Aber trotz allem eine gute Wahl gewesen!

Sehr schön, alles war gut der Haus Besitzer sehr nett, das einzige was uns stört ist das die Kaution eigentlich nach 2Tagen zurückgezahlt werden sollte aber bis heute noch nicht auf unser Konto ist. 300 Euro

Belle piscine ; beau barbecue et beaux extérieurs. endroit calme et en sécurité construits avec goût. L'intérieur est un peu plus rustique, mais pour quelques jours cela fait l'affaire. prévoir tous les produits d'entretien éponges torchons, pastilles lave vaisselle et produits de base sel poivre huile etc...

Piscina espectacular

Estuve con mi familia a primeros de agosto, la casa está bastante bien, la piscina es espectacular. La única pega es que el toldo de la terraza va con mando y lo tienen los propietarios, por lo que es un engorro estar avisando para que lo pongan. También hay que subir bastantes escaleras hasta llegar a la casa.

Un gran desengaño

El alojamiento carece de cualquier comodidad y esta lleno de incomodidades. Para acceder a la casa hay que subir 38 escalones y 26 más para llegar a la piscina. La casa es muy pequeña. La habitación con cama de matrimonio minúscula. La cama está pegada a la pared ya que si no no se puede abrir la puerta. Solo cabe una persona en la habitación. No hay mesilla ni nada similar. Para la luz hay que levantarse de la cama. La cama bloquea los cajones del armario que no se pueden abrir. La tele está en un lateral del sofá y hay que girar la cabeza para verla. No había cuchillos, ni tazas de café, ni cuchillo de pan, solo 4 vasos. La parte más útil de la terraza no tiene luz, en fin para mi, un desengaño.

Bonjour, merci au personnel de l'agence solhome pour son accueil chaleureux et sa confiance. Parlent courament le français. Si je devais revenir je repasserais par cette agence. Pour la maison quelques point de vétusté mais très confortable et appréciable avec la piscine privé. Globalement avec ma femme nous avons trouvé l'escale si accueillante et bien vaillante avec ses touristes que nous sommes en réflexion pour notre avenir de jeunes retraités. Voilà un endroit dans ce monde où il fait bon vivre. Merci aux propriétaires a l'agence et à nos voisin espagnoles qui ont le sens du commerce et de l'hospitalité. A prendre en exemple....a bientôt l'escala.

Belle piscine

Très belle villa,piscine splendide et très bon emplacement.Les propriétaires sont très gentils.Seul petit bémol les propriétaires possède la télécommande du haut vent et décide à quand l ouvrir et le fermer,je trouve que c est infantilisant.Sinon rien à redire...
