Detached house with private pool, located close to the sea and shops. The CAMÓS villa offers 105 m² of living space, distributed over the ground floor and the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned double living-dining room with a fireplace, an independent kitchen with access to a terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a small bathtub and toilet, and a laundry room. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a trundle bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and another air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and access to a terrace with a partial sea view, as well as a second sunny terrace. Outside, you’ll find a long swimming pool (11 m x 2.50 m) with a relaxing area on one side, and on the other, a barbecue area and a space for enjoying summer meals with family or friends. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, as well as Wi-Fi and international TV channels. It is located just 250 m from the beach and all shops.

Bon séjour à l'escala.

Maison proche du port et de la plage,donc passage de voiture régulier, ce qui engendre du bruit et, imposerait une maison climatisée. Afin de pouvoir dormir les fenêtres fermées.
