Sharon: Semi-detached house with sea views and private pool

Semi-detached house with capacity for 6 people and a private pool with sea views. Its outdoor area has sun loungers, parasol and a large covered terrace with a table and built-in barbecue. The house is distributed over one floor and has a living room with sofas and a dining area, next to a fully equipped kitchen. The air conditioning is located only in the dining room. It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two others with two single beds each. In the hallway there is a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The accommodation has private outdoor parking for one car. It is located in the Montgó area, in L'Escala, a two-minute walk from Cala Illa Mateua and five minutes from the Montgrí Natural Park.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
