TERE 16 is a magnificent holiday home, spacious and bright, ideal for large families who wish to enjoy summer with total comfort. It features a private swimming pool, wifi, Smart TV, terrace, barbecue and outdoor areas designed for relaxation and family leisure.



Located in the quiet Camps del Pilans residential area, it offers a peaceful and safe environment, perfect for disconnecting from daily routine while still being close to local amenities.



The house is distributed over several levels. On the main floor, there is a welcoming living-dining room with large windows opening onto the terrace and the pool, creating an ideal space to enjoy time together. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor.



On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a full bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Going up a few more steps, you will find two additional bedrooms, both with double beds and direct access to a large balcony overlooking the pool. This level also has a second bathroom with a bathtub.



To complete the experience, the house features a solarium on the top floor, offering lovely views and the perfect spot to relax at sunset.



The location is excellent: just 15 minutes from the beach and close to supermarkets. In addition, right in front of the house there is an area for children to play ball games and a circuit ideal for cycling, skateboarding or roller skating.



With over seven kilometres of coastline, L’Escala offers beaches for every taste, from long sandy beaches with all services to small coves surrounded by pine trees and cliffs. A perfect destination for families as well as for lovers of sport, the sea and history, with unique places such as the Greek Pier.



The perfect choice for summer holidays or short breaks at any time of the year.

Maison agréable dans son ensemble

La maison est agréable mais quelques remise en état serait top car transat 3 sur 5 abîmé le frigo déjà très datant n’a plus de poignée idem il manque des boutons au four. La climatisation manque énormément car les nuits sont très chaude. Ca reste une maison très agréable pour une famille.

Casa grande, bien distribuida y con piscina y jardín. Falla la limpieza y la equipación en general de cosas básicas de toda la casa. No se cuidan los detalles, como sería la limpieza de la barbacoa, el funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos o el estado de los sofás.

Super séjour

Maison tres bien située avec les commerces a proximité et la plage a 15 min. La piece a vivre est un peu petite mais ce n est pas problematique car nous avons passé la semaine sur la terrasse. Les chambres sont relativement grandes, il manque juste la clim en cas de fortes chaleurs. Bref nous y reviendrions sans soucis.

Maison spacieuse.

Nous avons apprécié la maison car elle présente un espace correcte sur chaque étage avec une salle de bain ou salle d'eau chacun. Par contre, nous avons manqué de plus de confort : pas de radiateur dans les chambres (on a eu froid pendant notre séjour et dormir avec un pull n'est pas agréable, la maison est humide, certainement mieux en été), il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine (pas de batterie de casseroles, pas assez de verres pour 8 pers idem les bols, ni assez de chaises dans le salon), il n' y a pas assez de chaines de TV françaises (trois chaines d'infos...), pas de parasol pour le jardin (la table du jardin n'est pas abrité), pas de pinces à linge non plus. Autant de petites choses qui ont contrarié notre séjour alors que les alentours sont très bien et calmes. Les commerces à porter de main idem le centre de ville.

Das Haus an sich ist ebenfalls schön, leider aber sehr sparsam eingerichtet, lieblos und ungemütlich.Für acht Personen zu wenig Geschirr,zu wenig Liegestühle,und es gab leider nur eine Nachttischlampe.Im Garten war ein Betontisch der leider mit dem kaputten Sonnenschirm nicht beschattet werden könnte.......

So wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung

Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht hoch modern eingerichtet, aber es ist alles da was man benötigt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine. Zweimal die Woche kam der Poolboy und der Garten wurde auch gepflegt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. In einer Viertel Stunde ist man in der Stadt und die Supermärkte erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem Auto 2. Der Strand ist auch in 10 Minuten circa zu erreichen. Ein bisschen weiter als die Supermärkte. Die Mitarbeiter von Solhone sind auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

It was ok

House was spacious and pool was good - although it would have benefitted from steps rather than a ladder. Much of the grounds and the house itself needs some money spent - like so many rental properties owners are happy to take the money but not to spend it updating their property. As an example the TV was probably 20 years old. The cutlery was similarly old. The pillows provided were pretty grim. All little things but they do impact on enjoyment. Access to the property was by quite a few steps which was not apparent from the advertising photo. Also no Wifi - I don't come on holiday to be on computer all the time but I think Wifi is now a pre- requisite. Would we go back - probably not
