For shared use: property with trees, swimming pool fenced (11 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 08.Apr. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, café 500 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station 1.5 km, sandy beach "L'Ile Rousse" 50 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. Railway line 15 m from the property.

Très très très sale

Il s agit d un appartement très bien situé à 5 min de la mer mais il s agit du seul avantage. L appartement était très sale. Nous avons relavés tous les couverts, tous les sols, élevés les toiles d araignées, les toilettes coulaient. Vraiment lamentable de louer un appartement dans cet état !!! Une adresse à oublier
