「All was good」

「The property was beautiful and the accommodations were outstanding. The host was very friendly and helpful. The secure parking was a bonus and the breakfast provided offered a wide variety and was delicious. Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was...

「The room is very large and location is good, close to airport only takes 10 mins ride. The only downside is bathroom/ shower tile has a lot of mold. Suggest to use bleach for the tiles.」

「Great location」

「I was overcharged and trying to solving the issue with the booking agent but 1 month past, nothing happened. Always receive the same excuse, the service for the booking agent and also the hotel is very poor.」
