「My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for.
