Welcome to our cosy 28 m² mobile home in La Baule. Here we've got you covered with all the amenities you need.
• 1st Bedroom: double bed
• 2nd Bedroom: two single beds or bunk beds
• Bathroom: shower, lavabo + separate WC
• Living Area: single sofa bed, TV + dining table
• Kitchen: gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker
• Outdoor Area: semi-covered wooden terrace, garden furniture, two loungers, gas plancha (according to prefectural authorization)
Other amenities at Les Ajoncs d’Or 4* include (but are not limited to):
• Bar/Snack area
• Grocery store with local products
• Laundry facility

• Food & Drink: Chez Cocoche serves delicious local cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. Head to L’Atelier des Glaces for a scoop of their homemade ice cream. For a quick meal, try our family-friendly on-site snack area and its delicious pizzas.
• Outdoor Activities: enjoy a range of water sports like sailing, surfing, and kite surfing at the nearby beach. For those looking for adventure on land, try the local golf courses or take a bike ride along the scenic trails.
• Places to See: explore the nearby towns like the medieval city of Guérande and La Presqu’île du Croisic. Don't miss the beautiful Le Jardin de Kermoureau and the diverse ecosystem of Le Parc Régional de Brière.

• Please note that under French law, camping accommodations for work-related travel cannot exceed two people
• Unaccompanied minors without one of the holders of parental authority cannot be accepted
• Only individual bookings are accepted. Group reservations, defined as 2 or more accommodations or 12+ people travelling together for the same reason and on the same dates, are not allowed and will be cancelled without compensation. Please contact us directly if you need a group booking.
• Bed linens and towels not included.
Fees Upon Arrival
• A small daily tourist tax as well as an eco-tax will be collected upon arrival
• Damage + cleaning deposit: €400 (to be paid on-site, by card only)
Facilities
• Parking: 1 parking spot close to the unit. Possibility to park a second vehicle in indoor parking for free
• Laundry (washing machine + dryer): €5 per token (detergent not provided)
• Aquatic park: open all season from 10:00 to 20:00 (the heated indoor swimming pool becomes outdoor thanks to its removable roof) (subject to weather conditions)
• Kids club (4 to 10 y/o): open from Monday to Friday // & teens club (11 to 17 y/o): one or twice a week. Open during spring and summer holidays.
