"These guys are the best! They provided me wheelchair support, not just to the room, but then to the pool and back! The rooms are great, the pool is great, the staff are friendly and laid back. They also allowed me to have my included breakfast in the room due to my impairment which was very nice of them and it was delicious. Can't fault this service. "

"We had so much fun at the Paitilla Inn in the middle of Panama City. Our room had a great view. It was clean. Our free breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, Panamanian Coffee, fruit breads and huevos any way you want them. We enjoyed the bar and alitas several evenings. The staff was very helpful and helped us with Ubers and taxis. We’ll be back."

"This is a lovely hotel surrounded by nature and well located at the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal. You can see the vessels in and out very close. Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast is good. There is a TGI Fridays in the premises. Great experience."

"We enjoyed the whole property the pool, the restaurants. The room was very clean and nice, I do not walk well and the room we reserved was a 2nd floor balcony overlooking the pool it was lovely but there was no elevator and only stairs to traverse every time we needed the room."
