Resort "Le Pin" offers a convenient vacation rental experience with 12 apartments spread across 2 storeys. Enjoy shared amenities including a fenced swimming pool (12 x 6 m, available year-round), WiFi, washing machine, and tumble dryer (extra charges may apply). Parking is available on the premises, and you'll find a shop within 200 meters and a supermarket just 3 km away. The property is situated 3 km from the centers of La Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire, and only 300 meters from the sea and beach. Please note that the apartments are individually designed and furnished, and the photographs provided are for illustrative purposes only.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 1-room apartment with 32 square meters of space, spread across 2 levels. The living/dining area features a dining table and satellite TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. There is an open alcove with 1 set of bunk beds (70 cm wide, 180 cm long) that can accommodate 2 children. Additionally, there is a gallery with sloping ceilings, containing 1 French bed. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

Amenities Included
The apartment comes with a bath/WC, electric heating, and air conditioning. Outdoor spaces include a balcony or terrace with furniture and deck chairs. Other amenities provided are a children's high chair, baby cot, and internet (WiFi). Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 1 pet/dog permitted. Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
