Access via a staircase going around the garden for this 100 m² Gîte-apartment:

o The balcony terrace will welcome you with its lounge area and outdoor dining area. The view of the Levant Islands will allow you to enjoy delicious moments of sharing in the open air.

o The large living room houses in its 50m²:

 A lounge area with two double convertibles of 170*190,

 A dining area with a table that can seat up to twelve people,

 An open kitchen installed behind the bar in the old monumental fireplace, completed by the scullery room.

 A peaceful corner with a 170×190 sofa bed that can be converted into 2 single beds or a double bed.

o In the corridor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet

o A bedroom with shower room, equipped with a king size bed of 180×200, modular into 2 single beds
