No concerns of any kind. it is what it appears to be -- a good, solid, quiet place to spend an evening or several, and not pay anywhere near as much as their chain competitors. Recommended.

The property and room was clean but a bit rough on the edges. The one staff member I talked with was very nice. Location was close to restaurants and a Walmart and even though it was on a busy street the traffic noise was hardly noticeable in the room. The main reasons I chose this motel were the reviews (mostly positive) and the price.
