Villa Breizh Riviera features 7 to 8 bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding, accommodating up to 16 guests. Three of the rooms offer stunning views over the Bay of Concarneau.

With its exclusive seaside setting, direct beach access, elegant decor, high-end amenities, billiards, foosball, and breathtaking views over Concarneau Bay, Villa Breizh Riviera is the perfect retreat for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

Recently renovated, the villa offers ultimate comfort with a fully equipped premium kitchen, an open dining area, and two living spaces, perfect for relaxing by the fireplace while enjoying views of the garden and the sea from the upper floor.

There are 7 to 8 spacious sleeping areas providing 16 beds (ideally suited for 12 adults and children), all featuring luxury hotel-quality bedding.
The villa boasts 4 stunning bathrooms, each with a unique ambiance.

For fun and entertainment, there is a game room with a real English billiards table, an authentic pinball machine, and a classic foosball table, all opening onto a terrace with an amazing view over Concarneau Bay.

The villa also includes a large stone terrace overlooking the garden, with private access to Kerleven Beach.

Above all, this home is designed for quality family time, where taking a moment to truly enjoy life becomes essential in a characterful Breton house with a spectacular 180-degree landscape, where colors shift beautifully with the rhythm of the waves and the time of day.

Arrival is in person from 4 PM to 8 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out is available at €10 per hour, upon request no later than the day before arrival, and subject to availability.

A cleaning fee of €250 will be required upon key handover, along with a security deposit of €4,500, which will be refunded upon departure.

Pets are not allowed, except under specific conditions. They may only stay in the garage or garden, must be leashed or secured, and approval is required upon request.
(Exception for assistance dogs).

Electricity consumption beyond €10 per day will be charged at €0.25/kWh at the end of the stay.

Our exclusive concierge service, NS Solutions, is available 7 days a week to assist with any special requests or recommendations.

For the respect of the property and neighbors, parties are strictly forbidden in the villa.
