“When the reservation was made the property represented that it had air conditioning throughout, including the kitchen and living room. Upon arrival we discovered this was false. We notified the owner, and he offered a partial refund. He said it would not be possible to provide the air conditioning that was represented in his listing. We did not stay at the property, as without the promised air conditioning, it was not inhabitable. We informed the owner that we could not stay without air……

The 3 br 2 ba house was awesome with a newer pool, outdoor shower and cabana(?). The inside was clean, bedding and towels looked new. Beach access very easy by way of a boardwalk through the area over the stream. The black sand beach stretches for miles in either direction as far as one can see. The ocean is……
