“The house was amazing, the property was well taken care of it had all the accommodations we could ever ask for . The host walked us through the house and showed us how to turn everything on and off, and showed us all the areas and how to properly maintain them and then left us alone for the whole stay. “For the quantity of our gathering it was perfect, bathroom ratio to bedrooms was important for a female gathering. Large dining table allowed us to all sit together. “Great stay at the cabin! Owners were super communicative and thought of everything! Great location and wonderful beds. We used the boat, the paddle boat, the grill for burgers and the fire pit. It was a wonderful trip! Would love to go again. ”

“This unique property was perfectly transformed into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The Sinclair included everything we needed, from extra towels and blankets to a fully stocked kitchen including even coffee filters, cooking oil, and a few spices. We loved the period decor--Sinclair-themed art, an old jukebox, even the little dinosaur. Even though there are tons of windows, the place is perfectly private, with mirrored glass on the outside and blackout shades on the inside. AC worked great during……

“Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. “This gem is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host is a great communicator and we felt like we were living our best life! Swimming in the private pool at sunset, every amenity and then some at our disposal and restful sleep. We enjoyed great proximity to museums, Austin and the cute town of Smithville. "multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. "
