雅克-卡蒂亞地區自治縣共管公寓

「位置很好，交通方便，酒店环境也还不错，五分好评！」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「Although it's a wooden building, the room was surprisingly quiet. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. The location is great, right in the old town, with a parking lot directly across the street, which made parking very easy. Overall, a pleasant stay!」

「方便整潔，性價比高。只是因為是self check-in, 需要事先在mail裡來回溝通入住事項，如果預約了停車卡，得先check in進房間拿停車卡」

「Great spot and location」

「We so enjoyed our stay at Royal Dalhousie. The apartment was well appointed and the view of the river was stunning! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We would stay again if our travels bring us again to QC.」

「The thing I liked about the property, it was that everything was made easy, no problems, no issues, just exactly what was advertised」

「Les photos sur le site ne sont pas du tout représentative, mon condo sur photo avait 2 étages, mais sur les lieux ce n’était pas ça du tout, donc très déçu.」

「Great for big groups! Parking is available across the street for $30 per day. We could hear some noise and footsteps from the unit above during our stay, but overall, it was a good find. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay!」

「Très bonne localisation, très propre.」

「Condo très bien pensé avec tout ce dont on a de besoin. À deux pas de la montagne. On n'aurait pas pu demander mieux !」

「We were very comfortable during our stay. The location was a perfect base for exploring Old Quebec, and the communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommended!」

「The Penthouse was a very nice apartment- perfect for two. David sent a message the day before our arrival with great details and pictures of the doors and codes, the free 2 hour parking lot, the garage door and garage space. It was a huge help! Having a dedicated parking spot was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The bedding and bed were very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with very nice, tasteful items. We didn’t cook but there were all kinds of...

「ok」

「I gave two stars because the property was clean. It is desperately in need of some updates to be an appropriate value for the money. The linens were very old, mismatched, and threadbare. The couch was broken down and the chair seats covering was peeling. The clock on the wall was dead, the bedroom was unbearably hot but thankfully cooled down. Several ceiling light fixtures had significant dead bugs in the fixture bowl. There is a decent size loft but there is no ladder to access it. With...

「The condo was very clean when we arrived. We had good communication with the host leading up to our stay. The area surrounding the Station condo building was under heavy construction so it was a bit tricky getting around and a little extra noisy. The bed was much smaller than we anticipated. It seems to only be a double size so it was less comfortable for 2 people. Our son slept on the pull out sofa and that seemed ok for him. The last day of our stay the city turned the water off for the...

「The condo was in a prime location, was immaculately clean, and it was well stocked! We particularly liked the soaking tub in the bathroom, and Casper mattress. The deck was stunning. We had everything we needed and I would stay here again!! Thank you for the perfect hospitality.」

「Super condo avec un emplacement idéal!」

「Great location, very comfortable stay, and close to lots of things.」
