This home has a maximum occupancy of 6. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
This home is pet friendly. (minimum of 1 small dog under 25 lbs.)
For homes that allow 1 small dog (under 25 lbs.) there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology.
