“Our initial room assignment was not to our liking, and Vanessa at the desk was very helpful in relocating us to a room with a fabulous view of the city. Everything after the relocation was to our liking, except having to get up at 4:30am to catch our ride to the airport on the day of our departure. Both JoAn and I enjoyed the upscale accommodations after spending 8 days on the Galapagos Islands.”

“The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest.……

“This hotel is terrible! They just want to make money but don't want to spend money updating things and fix things. The Internet does not work, because the router is bad. The owner said the internet provider does not have new routers, so the guests don't have internet access and the hotel advertised as wifi available, it is bait and switch. The water heater is small, the water pressure is low and the shower head is clogged, so I cannot take a shower. There is no electrical outlet in the room,……
