It is a cute old home that has been turned into a bed and breakfast. The house staff was amazingly kind. The bathrooms and bedrooms are a tad out dated but everything was clean. 15 minute ride from the main area of Durban where the shops and restaurants are located.

Very unfriendly unfortunate awaken very early in the morning by barking dogs in the property and the very stong smell of bacon in my room Host told me that since the dollar is worth more than their currency I can afford to pay more money., having said that I Never had any breakfast there, He was very rude and disrespectful and embarrassed me by other guests by comparing the dollars again sad

Very nice owners. Very accommodating. My only complaint is the power went off in the night and it was hot! Didn’t sleep much. Otherwise convenient to the airport and good parking.

Fizemos o check in e não ficamos no hotel. Na verdade parece uma Pensão. Banheiros e chuveiro separados do quarto. Não é o que está descrito na apresentação do site. Foi decepcionante. Não tem vista para o mar. Reservamos a opção Quarto Luxo. Devem mudar o descritivo para serem fidedignos a realidade dos fatos. Fomos dormir em outro hotel próximo, com vista linda para o mar e banheiro dentro do quarto, por um preço melhor.

The place is nice and quite and has an okay view, but walking from there to the beach is not easy, and not being allowed to have atleast a guest who can sleepover is just not fun at all... I recommend it for business trips

The owner was welcoming. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we were up at four am to catch a flight but otherwise everything was good. Convenient but quiet location with the airport approx 15 mins away

Short one-night stay

Short one-night stay only, so not much to comment. We arrived late, at about 8.30pm, and whilst the main door was locked, one of the staff met us quickly and showed us the rooms. They were inter-connected, which we had asked for, clean and quite comfortable without any frills. The toilet and shower were shared. Breakfast was fine, freshly cooked.

The facilities like bathroom and toilets were not mentioned that you share with other guests or my room had no facilities and it was not mention in the advert of property. I had to check out Saturday night due to a misunderstanding with owner and he emailed me a rude message telling me he will refund me and I must leave his property which I could have done before but the property ad days no REFUND!!! and the owner claimed I had 3 guests with me when I didn’t even sleep at the hotel which I only checked and left. But the place has a beautiful view they just have to give more info on the rooms. I know there’s no one willing to pay so much money only to share facilities in this day and age! I could have decided to book at a backpacker or hostel.

Ein sehr netter Besitzer mit seinen Hund 🐕 wir hatten ein dreibettzimmer gebucht, (für Eibe Nacht). Jedoch ein Doppel und Einzelzimmer bekommen, ohne Zuzahlung herzlichen Dank 😊 die Unterkunft liegt auf einen Hügel und sehr 🤫 ruhig. Von den Zimmern sieht man aus Meer. Frühstück super 👍 Kaffee ☕️ mit Nespresso Kapseln
