“We appreciated the Host’s great communication with us including checking in to make sure we arrived okay and all at the house was good. Roof deck has nice views. Overall rental is as described and we enjoyed our stay. Backyard patio furnishings are showing definite wear and could use an upgrade. Having use of the garage was a definite plus! ”

“This little apartment was a great size, new but no welcome book for wi-fi access as noted in “check-in” information from Evolve and the women’s contact information that was given never answered the phone when I called TWICE and she never called back, obviously knowing she had someone scheduled to stay 1/15 to 1/18/2026.Also, if you stay here, bring your kitchen with you or you won’t be able to really cook anything. I had to borrow a cookie sheet, a larger frying pan, large pot to cook noodles……

“The location was super close to London Bridge and the channel. The condo was clean and well maintained. For the price I would stay there again. There is a pool, and a large shuffle board area which I did not take advantage of. Overall I was very pleased. The complex it self is older, but the condo has been updated. ”
