“Excellent stay! Very clean, new remodel, great layout, very spacious, and easy access to everything in town. Needed a place to stay with my dog and this was it! Easy to clean up with all amenities provided. Linda is very kind and a pleasure to talk with! We will be staying here again in the near future! This very large 2 bed, 2 bath won't let you down! Thank you Linda for a great weekend with my dog!”

“The room was nice however there was not one single place to sit that was comfortable. We left a day early because of how uncomfortable it was. To bad because everything else was fine.”

“A/C wasn’t working properly to until the day of check out for the place to cool down. Texted/emailed host with no response. TV remotes didn’t work either multiple remotes to play TV roulette. ”

“Smaller, than expected from pictures only a 1/2 fridge, but clean and easy check in. ”

“Went to havasu for the 4th with friends and my daughter. The house is perfect upon arrival and they even left us cookies! Which my daughter enjoyed. The pool is amazing at all times of the day and the outdoor barbecue area is perfect for outdoor dinner! Everything was absolutely perfect, we will definitely be rebooking!!”

“This was a very nice place. It was clean and perfect by the water. Communication from the company that manages it was not great. We had to call a few hours before our arrival as we were not given instructions to get in. It is difficult to find so directions would be helpful. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to buy more and the toaster needs to be replaced. The place itself was great but there are a few things that need to be fixed to make easier. ”
