“The property was decorated beautifully, it was so simple and clean! Both master rooms were big enough and we felt right at home and it was spacious for us 4 adults. The view was great! ”

“We came for a family celebration and the condo was in a perfect location. Close to everything. Parking was great and NO issues with water pressure. We especially appreciated the 3 gallon water dispenser with the heat during the Labor Day weekend. This condo is all about location, location. We highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again. ”

“This condo is perfect for 2! It’s in a quiet, security-gated complex with a courtyard pool. Very clean and plenty of amenities. We only had to walk about 5 minutes to find the nightlife and it’s a quick drive to the waterfront. ”

“Absolutely amazing! My husband and I and our friends staying with us had so much and would book this condo for our next Havasu trip. The host is amazing at all communication and very prompt. ”

“So the first thing is the view, amazing and then the short walk to the canal. It gives you the ability to walk back to the room after waking up early to put your boat in the canal, cause everyone knows getting a spot is the canal is no easy feat mid to late morning. We were a little worried the first day when the fridge was not working. But I actually just turned the fridge up from the coldest setting and it began to get cold. We are all looking forward to our next trip.”

“Perfect location and nice condo complex. The 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us. It was clean, wrll stocked with towels, kitchen items and comfortable living room. We had great communication from the owners. We look forward to returning ”

“Simple, clean, comfortable, pretty quiet. A family enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, but I was able to swim laps in the morning. Only issue is the light switches for the main room/kitchen are on the far wall, and the switch next to the door doesn't do anything. The bathroom receptacle wasn't working, but I used one in the bedroom instead. ”
