Comfortable home.

Great location. The unit is nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sam is easy to work with and very professional. We look forward to our next stay.

Spacious and welcoming home

The property owners Sam and Gary bent over backwards to make us comfortable, and were extremely responsive to all of our needs. They left us some wonderful goodies as welcome gifts, which was such a nice touch. The home was well stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment and towels, and my guests loved the spaciousness of the living room so that we could stretch out for conversation or to watch the huge TV. The en suite bathroom accommodations with two queen beds and casita were perfect for a golf foursome. It was also entertaining to watch the golfers on the 10th fairway of the Mountain Course play right in front of us whilst relaxing on the patio. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Great Escape

Great place to enjoy fabulous weather, Mountain View’s, and relaxation. The host(s) Sam and Gary were awesome. Great communication during the booking, checking in, and checking out. If you needed anything they were just a text away.

Great rental and owners

Wonderful home owners. We had fresh flowers on two tables, a stocked wine bar with wine and seltzer’s, fresh fruit, wonderful big house, big open floor plan, immediate fixes to any issues including a new dishwasher and smoke alarms. We loved the location and we had two patios. Very quiet at night. We would come back again.

Fantastic experience

Great property in beautiful location. As soon as we arrived we decided to extend our stay. We were sorry we had to leave. Very clear and effective communication with the property manager. Great access to golf and tennis. Hope to be back soon!

Too Many Positives to List!

This property was perfect for our trip. It's easy access to everything in La Quinta and a short walk to the clubhouse at the La Quinta Mountain & Dunes courses. Property management/ownership was exceptional, they maintained a level of communication throughout the booking to ensure our booking was everything as promised online. This listing far exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous experience, beautiful home.

We just finished an amazing stay at this beautiful home on the golf course in La Quinta. The owner is extremely helpful and answered all of our quesitons before we arrived and continued to promptly communicate with us when needed during our stay. The home was EXACTLY as pictured and described on the website and even better, everthing in the home worked perfectly and came with detailed instructions. The entire home and grounds was immaculate and felt much like staying at a 5 star hotel. Can't say enough about this wonderful rental experience except that we are hoping to return soon with our entire family.
