Checking in was not easy. Had to call local telephone number twice before we could even open the door. Could not figure out which door (there were two of them).

Tourney Stay

We love this area when we attend Indian Wells tournament every year. It is so convenient to the tennis garden and really everything else. The villa was very clean and comfortable and always a beautiful area. The grounds are so well kept. I’m sure we will look to stay here next time we attend the tournament.

Second time

We came back to stay in this unit on purpose. Quiet upstairs location but still very near the main pool and fitness center. Also 2 nearby smaller pools. Well stocked with utensils and dishes. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful desert getaway!

Our first visit to La Quinta, and Legacy Villas was recommended by friends who stay there often. We loved the condo, beautiful grounds, and just enough space to travel with our 1 year old. Close to the main pool and one of the smaller pools, though the community is very small so you can walk to any of the pools in less than 5 minutes. Check in/out was easy and automated because of the property management. They were easy to contact through VRBO website and app. The unit was clean and stocked with cookware and coffee/coffee maker. Only con: unit was not kid-proofed at all. Front door doesn't have a deadbolt so kiddo could get out/down the stairs easily. Chemicals stored under kitchen sink that my child discovered and sprayed within the first 5 minutes of being there.

Couple small upkeep issues when we arrived quickly solved. Great location, very well maintained grounds, nice to have kitchen for our week away. Love La Quinta.

I would give zeroStars if I could!

Horrible experience! The most uncomfortable bed EVER! Light bulbs burnt out everywhere, the place was stocked horribly. We have stayed at Legacy Villas three times previously, and it has never been this bad! I will never book through California Vacation Villas again! It was absolutely awful, and when we called they did absolutely nothing.

It is a beautiful property, clean with a beautiful trail around the The entire complex. Our condo was nice. It had everything you need. However a few things not up to par was a cabinet hinge was broken, furniture needs to be restrained , chair leg broken, o light on dec and bathroom mirror. Microwave door doesn’t close right. Tub faucet cap missing and there’s hundreds of outside big roaches and crickets st nite. Found dead one in closet. One flew on deck. Bring bug spray to spray your deck when you sit out and you’ll be fine. We loved it other than that.

Great stay in La Quinta

We have stayed at Legacy villas several times and this is probably our favorite unit. Especially enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the courtyard and the mountains. Look forward to returning.

Dirty Property

I love the La Quinta Legacy Villas. My difficulties started at the front gate. My name was not on the list, and even showing my reservation I was not allowed in. I contacted the Property Manager CA Vacation Villas and kept going to voicemail. It took 2 hours after my check in time to get to my unit. It was poorly cleaned, toothpicks on the floor, very dusty furniture, and tables with stains that had not been cleaned. I asked housekeeping to return. They left their supplies, but did not vacuum or pick up the toothpicks or clean the outdoor furniture which was filthy. I
