Fabulous pool & petit dej'

Great location close to the centre of the town. The buffet breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from savoury and sweet. Our room with kitchenette was lovely and, for me, the pool was the icing on the cake as I love to swim.

Idéalement situé, accueil chaleureux.

Chambre propre ; literie confortable ; suffisant pour un cours séjour mais votre sommeil dependera du savoir vivre de vos voisins car pas du tout insonorisé ; excellent accueil chaleureux le plus l'acces a la piscine dommage pour le manque d'entretien de ce côté la ; idéalement situé pour visiter la ville avec son parking gratuit.

Hôtel très décevant - beaucoup de marches pour accéder aux chambres, et pas d'ascenseur - on nous a proposé un chambre au rez-de-chaussée (il faut quand même monter trois marches pour y accéder) en vue de nos difficultés motrices, mais cette chambre était beaucoup plus petite que celle que nous avions réservée,assez vétuste et à la propreté douteuse...Après notre première journée à La Roche-Posay, lors de notre retour à la chambre, mauvaise surprise, la chambre n'avait pas été faite!!!! Personne n'a su nous expliquer la raison de cette négligence inexcusable - nous avons fait nous-même notre lit!!! Et pas le moindre geste commercial à notre égard, pour toutes ces raisons je ne recommande pas cet hôtel - nous n'y retournerons pas

Séjour moyen , chambre petite , bruyant dommage que l’étage ayant une porte pour séparer l’étage des bruits ne soit pas fermé, résultat deux nuits écourtées le soir à plus de minuit des personnes étant au salon puis rejoignant leurs chambres s’en s’occuper des autres personnes qui dorment , petits déjeuners chers pour ce qu’il y a 14 euros , déçu de notre séjour

Les points positifs: lit confortable et hôtel calme. Les point négatifs: on a pris la suite "Cannelle" et ça sentait le moisi avec certainement" culture "d'acariens, venant probablement d'une fuite d'eau récurrente de la salle de bain. Donc je déconseille FORMELLEMENT cet hôtel chez les personnes allergiques et asthmatique. De plus l'annonce sur Hote.com, indique Sauna, Hammam en plus de piscine. Il y a bien une piscine fermée, mais pas de sauna ni hammam, c'est donc faux!

Bonjour. Déçu pour un 3 étoiles: Lors de notre arrivé nous avons pris le repas du soir. On demande la carte des vins au serveur, celui-ci .nous dit:il ne reste que 3 vins et refuse de nous la présenter. on demande le prix du verre celui refuse et propose son verre de blanc sans la faire choisir, vient mon tour, il me propose le même en rouge, il refuse de me dire le prix, je lui arrache la carte et m'aperçoit qu'il coute 18,00,je change. Je fais signe à mon épouse que son verre coute 18,00€ comme elle sourde elle n'a pas compris. Le serveur nous ramène les verres, la quantité de vin ne contenait pas la quantité réglementaire. Le prix de mon verre valait plus cher que mon plat. Les 4 soirs suivants nous avons diner ailleurs.

Tout était parfait, le personnel accueillant, la chambre propre et au calme avec des serviettes à profusions. Et encore un grand merci à Marie la cheffe du soir pour son excellent repas qui s'en est sortie avec maestria alors qu'elle était seule. Petit déj excellent à base de produit locaux.
