Unique view Tower and sea 2-room apartment 50m² Rue sur les Murs

A 50m² apartment on the second floor of a small building on the ramparts with a 160 cm bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet and a very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge and freezer with ice maker). This completely redone apartment has a very beautiful view of the Chain Tower, the channel and the sea. In summer if necessary an air conditioning will guarantee you a cool interior to sleep well. If necessary, a sofa bed can accommodate children or friends in addition to the bedroom.

Located on the old city walls in one of the most charming streets of La Rochelle, this apartment is located close to everything. If you don't want to cook, take advantage of the many bars and restaurants nearby. On foot you can enjoy the streets with its arcades, visit the monuments including the towers next to the house, enjoy the beach located 5 'on foot and take a boat for a walk to the Ile de Ré, the island Aix, Fort Boyard or the island of Oléron.

I also own a townhouse of over 100m² in the adjacent building located at the foot of the Chain Tower on the Old Port with a terrace overlooking the port and the sea. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates a family or a group of friends. This house can be joined with the apartment if necessary by opening the double doors that separate them (ref 1095123)

Avons profité au maximum de notre séjour, balades sur le port, dans les jolies rues de la ville, balades à l'Ile de Ré. Rare de trouver une location de cette qualité. Merci Thierry, nous reviendrons !

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Blick aus dem Fenster ist perfekt. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind auch gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Thierry war auch sehr gut. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Très belle ville historique . Moment d'émotion lors la visite de la tour de la Lanterne . Belle vue de l'appartement donnant sur le port .Proximité des commerces . Pas besoin de voiture ! Appartement très confortable , seul bémol les deux escaliers en colimaçon pour y accéder .

Tout d'abord, Thierry, notre hôte : très disponible, réactif et sympathique. Ensuite, l'appartement : idéalement situé, Tour de la Chaîne juste en se penchant à la fenêtre à gauche, Port des Minimes et Océan à droite. Au pied de l'embarcadère Inter-Iles. Propreté irréprochable, très fonctionnel et très bien aménagé. Tout confort. Au calme (double vitrage bien isolant). Nous avons très bien dormi. Si nous revenons à La Rochelle, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Thierry !

Wir wurden vom Vermieter per E-mail prima zum Parkplatz dirigiert, der genau vor unserer Unterkunft am alten Hafen ist - allerdings kostenpflichtig. Man muss sich bei längerem Aufenthalt einen anderen Parkplatz suchen, wenn man nicht so viel zahlen möchte. Die Wohnung ist super modern ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Blick zur Hafeneifahrt und zum Tour de la Chaine direkt nebenan. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig. Kaum 10 Schritte und man isst in der Altstadt. Lediglich die enge Treppe zur 2. Etage ist mit Koffern etwas mühselig, ist halt ein Altbau. Aber sonst waren wir äußerst zufrieden. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Cet appartement bénéficie d'une situation privilégiée : très proche du centre ville sans en avoir les inconvénients, vue dégagée unique sur le chenal d'accès au vieux port, avec la mer en arrière-plan ! Equipement très complet. Seul bémol : la chambre sous les toits assez exigüe (mais il serait impossible d'y remédier...)
