“Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed.”

“The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.”

“We invited family to celebrate our daughter's Medical School graduation May 18th and were thrilled with this property. While initially 10 were booked, 7 ended up coming but we would have had plenty of room for 10 with the 6 bedrooms. The interior and exterior living space is much bigger than it appears from the street. There is a great deal of welcoming entertaining space in both the front and back of the home, with an open concept, well stocked kitchen with plenty of counter seating. Every……

“The accommodations were just as expected. They were clean, everything was just as advertised. Finding the front door was little tricky, but the neighbors were really friendly and helpful. The parking was little tricky, but we figured it out. The condo was conveniently located close to bourbon street.”

“Everything was very nice & comfortable. The host & hostess were quick to respond to our questions. The four-block walk to St Charles Ave to catch the streetcar was pleasant. NOLA is hot, and we dealt with it! There were 7 elderly (75-year-olds), moderately active adults in our group; we’d all like to go back and stay in the same place one day.”

“The Byrnes House was the perfect accommodation for our family of eight in the Lower Garden district. Plenty of room, modern, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. One block from the St Charles streetcar, which took us right down to the French Quarte Walked all over the area - enjoyed heritage homes, great restaurants. Very safe. Some traffic at peak times, but otherwise very quiet.”

“A home is a home, but this one was a jewel for it's location. We reserved a parking spot a couple blocks away for the weekend. Checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on Sunday. We were able to walk straight out the front door and across the neutral ground to experience the best parades in the world. Plenty of eating options close by with a couple of handy bodegas for essentials let us enjoy the weekend without the car. As a plus, the staff in the pizza restaraunt downstairs were incredible.……

“Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly.”
