Really incredible, unique lodging experience. The highlights were the view, the pools including cold plunge, and the staff. I've never had such friendly helpful service at a "hotel". Everything was impressive! Keep in mind the twin size beds are not for full height adults!! It's in a loft space with slopped ceiling. We enjoyed our stay very much!

First off, I had emailed them weeks before my arrival! The communication was the worst I have ever had! When, you call the phone number, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail! Then you get a text saying… how can I help you! It took them over an hour just to get back to me about my reservation! ...
