The owner is very reactive to fix issues (ie to replace some oldish bikes).The garden is nice, and the swimming pool appropriate for young children (1.3m depth max).The place is 10 to 15 km to the main beachesA minus is the neighborhood of the military base, which makes some noise when planes take off and land (Monday to Friday)"

Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs quand nous avions une difficulté sur l'allumage du barbecue. Bref, je recommande !"

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Terrasse ist ein Highlight und der Blick auf den Hafen sehr schön. Die Kommunikation war problemlos, die Vermieterin war sehr nett und wohnt direkt nebenan. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher auf dem Gelände abstellen und haben sie ausgiebig, auf den meist guten Radwegen, für Touren nach Arcachon oder zu den Stränden genutzt. Expensive.Pool nice but find it hard to call it 5 star, It was not a whole villa but downstairs apartment.Outside area Spacious not inside. Noisy traffic all night. However enjoyed the pool very much. For the price would have expected clean sheets and towels after our first week not having to wash them ourselves."
