Propre, petit. Annoncé pour 6 personnes, ce logement ne peut accepter que 4 personnes si on veut ne pas se marcher sur les pieds. Agréable, mais trop cher pour la place dont on dispose. Bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Calme malgré la proximité des animations.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très propre et très agréable. Il ne manque rien tout est prévu pour que le séjour se passe bien. Vue mer magnifique . Le seul bémol la plage à proximité donc très bruyant la nuit car beaucoup de jeunes font la fête sur la.plage. Nous avons eu beau temps toute la semaine c'était super.

Situation merveilleuse en bord de mer

Beaux souvenirs de cette très belle situation au bord du littoral vendéen. Résidence très agréable, piscine et douche pour les retours de baignade en mer fort appréciée! Tripplex très sympa pour notre famille de 5. Seule amélioration à prévoir pour les périodes de fortes chaleurs : ventiateur au plafond de la mezzanine. Merci!

Wunderschöner Urlaub direkt am Meer

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Appartement erlebt. Besonders unsere 3 Kinder haben die tolle Lage direkt am Strand geliebt. Ohne eine Strasse überqueren zu müssen, kann man direkt an den Strand kommen. Sogar der Pool war noch geöffnet, obwohl er im Internet als geschlossen markiert war. Das Appartement hat alles, was man für eine 5köpfige Familie benötigt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

A great apartment for a beach holiday and to explore the wider area from. The apartment is clean and has everything that you need except a fan in the top bedroom. Wonderful views and the pool and access to the beach was great. Tranche sur mer is a lovely town with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. In August there were lots of markets and entertainment in the main square. Plenty of room in the apartment for 4 and the kitchen is compact but has everything that you need. Comfortable beds, good shower and a bit quirky but quiet and well designed. Catherine was very helpful and is meticulous in her instructions. We had a great holiday and would definitely return.

very nicely located and functional apartment with direct access to pool and beach

spacious apartment for family of four – kitchen new with all necessary equipment (including dish-washer, microwave, etc.) - one simple access via balcony – apartment's top room can get hot in summer time (fan recommended) – toilet under stairs fits stouter people comfortably – would be nice if pool could stay open until 8 pm - very friendly and helpful staff of hotel / residence is in charge of questions regarding parking and washing - WiFi needs to be booked separately for each device with external service provider - will try to come back next year (stayed: end of June, beginning of July 2018)

Appartement très bien placé. Vue sur l'océan idéale : juste une piscine et une belle plage de sable doré nous en sépare, il y a pire comme décor ! L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et bien agencé. Le tout dans un bâtiment atypique qui interroge de nombreux passants. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Fantastic location!

Amazing location! Perfect accommodation to share as a family or with friends. The appartment is clean, everything is pretty new inside and is great for 4 to 6 people. The appartment is right in front of the beach with a swimming pool too downstairs. You have surf and paddle lessons available at the far end of the beach and boat crossing to l'Ile de re, l'Ile d'Aix and Fort Boyard are also available. We had a fantastic time this summer and I would definitely go back again!

Excellente location!

Cette location sur la plage est idéale à partager avec des amis ou en famille. Il y a 6 couchage, 2 sur chaque étage. L'appartement est très propre, tout est quasiment neuf. Il y a une piscine dans la résidence , la plage devant la résidence , les magasins et restaurants à 2mn à pied! Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables et relaxantes. Il y a cours de surf, paddle à 5mn en bout de plage et des traversées vers l'île de Ré, Fort Boyard et l'île d'Aix sont proposées.
