The room was nice and the staff were great. But we needed more information at the point of booking: our taxi driver couldn't find it, and we didn't know when we checked in that the hotel only accepted cash or bank transfer.

Property managers Cinthia and Romero were super and very accommodating. Property owner, was very communicative and helpful in all regards.
