"The river scene is beautiful but the hotel itself needs a lot of maintenance. Everything is broken and old the toilets didn’t work doors were broken shower doors were broken not worh"

"The hotel doesn't accept pets. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was superb ! Jacuzzi was not properly maintained and disgusting. Location of the property is marvelous."

"The room was clean and the TV did have cable, albeit I did have problems with the remote controls, in the beginning, I was able to flip through most of the channels. The AC worked fine, and while the shower didn’t have any hot water, in the morning, when I was about to go to the shower, the warm water came on, albeit it only lasted for about 10 minutes. Only negative was the check in, due to the fact that the assistant didn’t bring an extra towel plus I had to get the remote controls downstrairs."

"Our stay was amazing! Beautiful views, clean and our Villa was perfect. The onsite restaurant was delicious and they catered to whatever we wanted. The staff were lovely! Gloria was helpful and a great resource for any questions we had. The property dogs were so sweet and friendly, we loved having them there to see daily. We only wish our stay was longer!"
