"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"Nossa estadia foi espetacular. Desde a chegada fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe do hotel e o atendimento foi primoroso em todos os momentos. As instalações são maravilhosas, ambientes muito bonitos e confortáveis. Recebemos uma bela surpresa no quarto por estarmos em viagem de lua de mel, a qual lembraremos para sempre. O hotel é maravilhoso, recomendo em todos os sentidos."

"The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking available right from the hotel! What a plus! Unfortunately no single kayaks which is what I like, just two doubles. There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view. In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!"

The rooms are cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with large windows that showcase the natural beauty. Waking up to the mountains and birdsong is magical. Thoughtful details—from rustic interiors to quality bedding—create a warm, inviting atmosphere. What truly stands out is the hospitality. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, offering great local tips, delicious homemade breakfasts, and heartfelt conversations that make you feel at home. Perfectly located—secluded yet close to town and top sights—it’s an ideal base for exploring Patagonia or simply unwinding. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to return. "
