"When you call for the airport shuttle Do Not request it from the reservation line, which is option 1 for their hotel. Speak directly to the front desk. There is a lack of communication between the 2 departments. We waited 1.5 hours and 4 phone calls later until the shuttle arrived at the airport."

"Staff is very friendly and attentive. Fitness center is good and open 24/7. Housekeeping does great work but hotel policy is clean only when requested. Therefore, carpet was a bit dirty and trash bins not emptied."

"The room i had was very spacious. There was 2 full bathrooms with basic amenities included: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, towels, and tp. However, the gels (soap, shower, shampoo) are difficult to squeeze out. Overall bed is comfortable, but sheets are stained. I think they're washed, but old stain residue that can't be eliminated. One of the light bulb is dark but doesn't affect the overalls room brightness. Couch seemed like it was never cleaned. We used 4 sheets over it and im still having a hard time accepting it. Front desk is verity helpful. Hospitality is beyond the 2-star hotel stereotype. Breakfast is bare minimum with no source of protein besides yogurt. But we get what we pay for. Im happy with the price and the hospitality."
