「Was a nice, clean, and affordable two bedroom upstairs apartment in a duplex looking building, in a regular working class neighborhood. Definitely not handicap accessible but perfect for small Families. It seemed like the shower had a water softener and hot water never ran out. Street parking and had lots of air conditioners for the Summer so you won't roast. Said they had a blow dryer but couldn't find it. I had a great stay, Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. 」

「Wonderful lakeside property. Very clean and well maintained on a quiet street. We enjoyed the outside seating areas overlooking the lake. The house was well stocked with supplies and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.」

「A wonderful home, pool. We love vermilion and come every year. First time here ant this property and definitely coming back. 「Good location in Lorain. The building itself is a neat old building. There is no carpet in the room, which is awesome...all tile.. Some may consider the room dated, but at this prices point, you will get zero complaints from me. Overall, there was plenty to keep us busy for the weekend, some really good restaurants and we got to bring the dog, too. 」

「This was a cute house in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk a block to the water (just to see it). The town is drivable and so quaint. Please note that while the house had wifi and we were able to use the wifi for Voice over internet for our phone, our phone had no coverage (Verizon) it kept trying to connect to international, and we noticed that the part of the actual lake was right near the border of Canada. At night, we could hear the border control helicopters, which didn't bother...

「I stayed for 4 weeks, so really got to know the place. The house is very comfy for one or for a couple that is really in love. It’s small but not tiny and is well-appointed. The street is quiet, safe and lovely. A short walk out the front door across the street to a Lake Erie overlook for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Had a couple of small hiccups early in my stay and Gil was very responsive. I would definitely return!」
