The house has been completely renovated with a successful combination of traditional Istrian architecture and antique furniture that has been thought through to the smallest detail. The owners have renovated the house for themselves and used it themselves.
The large, enclosed property, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants, extends over 1300 m² and is located on a sunny slope of a small idyllic village called Mali Kosi. Only 6 km away is the place Rabac, which is known for its beautiful pebble beaches, the crystal clear sea, as well as for the view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands.
The house also offers a large courtyard terrace in front of the kitchen for al fresco dining. There is also a ready-to-use grill with a large dining table.
The stylish living area on the ground floor and the idyllic 30 m² veranda with wonderful sea views that flow into each other are the heart of this villa and meet the highest demands for luxury. Antique furniture and accessories breathe family history.

The interior of the villa is 170 m². Between the indoor and outdoor area there is a covered terrace and a terrace in front of the kitchen with a grill and offers space for 8 people. Here you can relax and eat outdoors.

On the ground floor there is the large living room with open fireplace, sofa bed for 2 people, dining area for 8 people, fully equipped (fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine ...) Kitchen. On this level you will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hallway, veranda, 1 covered outdoor terrace and a terrace with a barbecue that invite you to have breakfast, dinner or relax together.
* 1. upstairs
In the 1st Upstairs there are three double rooms (each with 1.80 x 2.00m double bed) with air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet and furniture and a cloakroom.
The rooms are furnished with antique furniture, exposed beams and wooden floors.
* Outdoor area
On the completely enclosed property there is the 10x5 m overflow pool with hydromassage (based on natural sea salt), two different deep levels and wide steps that make it easier to enter. A pool seat inner step ensures relaxation and enjoying the incredible panorama.
The use of the pool thermal tarpaulin with reel overnight prevents the heat loss of the water for morning swimming.
The pool heating can be booked with the reservation request. For this purpose, a payment i. i.e. requested from 200.- € / week.
You will also find a solar outdoor shower, exclusive garden furniture, deck chairs and two parasols. The parking lot has space for 3 cars.
